Title Sponsor

• As a Title Sponsor, you will receive recognition before, during, and after the event, including top billing at the event: “This event brought to you through a generous donation from YOUR COMPANY”
• You company logo will be displayed with top billing on all promotional materials associated with the event, and you will receive year-long recognition as a Title Sponsor on the new Willett PTA website and in our communications to families
• Title Sponsorship is available for all four events:
  • Willett Family Movie Night
  • Hootenanny Western Auction
  • Oscar Night Gala
  • Willett Family Fun Run
• We are seeking a minimum donation of $1,000 to be a Title Sponsor. There will be one per event.

Activity Sponsor

• As an activity sponsor, you will receive recognition before, during, and after the event, including billing at the event: “This ACTIVITY brought to you through a generous donation from YOUR COMPANY”
• You company logo be displayed prominently on all promotional materials associated with the event, and you will receive year-long recognition as a Sponsor on the new Willett PTA website and in our communications to families
• Activity Sponsorship is available for all four events:
  • Willett Family Movie Night: Activities / Refreshment Area
  • Hootenanny Western Auction: (a) Music & Dancing; (b) Games; (c) Live Auction; (d) Courtesy Shuttle
  • Oscar Night Gala: (a) Hor d'oeuvres; (b) Dessert; (c) Teacher / Student Art Display & Auction
  • Willett Family Fun Run: (a) Start / Finish Line; (b) Fun Fair; (c) Teachers and Staff Participation
• We are seeking a minimum donation of $500 to be an Activity Sponsor. There will be one per Activity.

Supporting Sponsor

• As an Supporting Sponsor, you will receive recognition before, during, and after the event
• You company logo be displayed on all promotional materials associated with the event, as well as yearlong recognition as a Sponsor on the new Willett PTA website
• Supporting sponsorship is available for all four events:
  • Willett Family Movie Night
  • Hootenanny Western Auction
  • Oscar Night Gala
  • Willett Family Fun Run
• We are seeking a minimum donation of $250 to be a Supporting Sponsor.
